EASY WALKS BRECON BEACONS

If you're desperately searching for Easy Walks in the Brecon Beacons I can help!

There are plenty of gentle, scenic routes in the valleys that offer big views without the tough terrain. Many of my scheduled group walks are also suitable for those wanting a more relaxed outing.
Whether you’re walking with children, prefer flatter paths, need a stile-free route, or simply want a beautiful but manageable adventure, I’ll design a walk that keeps you safe, confident and able to enjoy every moment.
Easy doesn’t mean missing out — the Beacons are stunning at any pace.

Family Walks in the Brecon Beacons

Walking with kids in tow can be difficult but I am here to help. You may have an off-road buggy or a child in a sling. You may have a larger family group holidaying with extended family of different ages. All these things can make it a challenge to find a walk that suits everyone!

Let me do the hard work getting to know you & your people, finding a suitable route, then leading you on an unforgettable journey taking the hassle out of the process! I know the paths and can lead you, safely assisting where necessary.

Best Short Walks in the Brecon Beacons

Shorter routes can have just as much interest  & beauty as the tough mountain treks. I have special shorter circular walks to lead you on starting from just 3 miles.

For example, how about near the small town of Talgarth, taking in a witch's waterfall, or perhaps you would prefer a walk around the outskirts of Hay-on-Wye town full of history & fascinating facts?

There are woodland walks or river walks too, it's your choice!

See my 'Hay-on-Wye Walk Routes' page.

Best Accessible Walks in the Brecon Beacons

I have created a 3 mile walking route around and through Hay-on-Wye that is suitable for an off-road wheelchair and an off-road buggy. It's available to download as a PDF for a small fee.

The Brecon to Monmouth canal tow path is a wonderful place to walk on flat easy terrain. Llangorse lake too has some lovely wide paths to take in views of the Beacons & the special wildlife there. Let me know what your specific needs are and what you would like to experience whilst walking, & I will do my best to create a walk that you will hopefully remember for a long time.
