WOMEN'S WALKING EVENTS
Walk. Learn. Dip. Breathe. Belong.
These women’s walking events are an invitation to step outside, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women.
Whether it’s a nourishing Walking Retreat, a Wild Walk & Water Day that combines a guided walk with a supported cold-water dip, or a Confidence-Building Navigation Workshop, each experience is led with care, encouragement and plenty of space to be exactly as you are.
You don’t need to be the fittest, fastest or most experienced — just curious, open, and willing to take that first step.
My role is to guide and support, so you can feel more confident, capable and at home in the landscape.
I lead women’s walking retreats on the stunning Gower Peninsula along the South Wales coast, whilst my other women’s walking events usually take place in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, exploring its mountains, valleys and hidden corners.
Scroll down to see what’s coming up and join me, and a welcoming circle of other women — out on the footpaths.

Had a fabulous day with Sarah and Emily. Sarah was a great walk leader and made the walk really interesting by stopping at some really scenic spots and sharing some of the history on the way. The walk was really well organised and I was made to to feel very welcome and comfortable in the group from the start - lovely to meet spend the day with such a great group of like minded ladies too. We finished the day with a wild water dip under the instruction of Emily, which was great fun - Emily was really knowledgeable and encouraging and I absolutely loved the experience. The hot drinks provided by Sarah were very much appreciated after the cold water, and Emily’s chocolate brownies were amazing ! A really great experience which I would thoroughly recommend - thank you Sarah and Emily - I can’t wait to join you for another day out !! 🤩

Thanks again for an amazing weekend, your support, company, and overall, all the organisation was totally terrific. The accommodation was so comfortable and so lovely to get to know some fellow walkers. Thank you especially for being so accommodating to those at the back, and for devising options for us allowing us some recovery time (and chance to enjoy the beach) and for the informal tuition on using walking poles and OS maps. Of course, the highlight was the dash into the sea !

Attended an excellent basic navigation course today. The group were really friendly and like minded. Sarah made me feel at ease with her teaching methods and combined both theory and practical learning. I really feel empowered and more confident to put what I’ve learned into practice using a map and compass. I also feel that by doing this I am able to explore the countryside both in a group but more importantly solo!
Thank you very much!
