Gentle Gower: A Women’s Walking Weekend July 2027

This Gentle Gower women’s walking weekend is designed especially for those who would love a guided walking retreat but prefer shorter distances, a slower pace, and a supportive, friendly atmosphere. It’s ideal if you’re new to guided walking weekends, feeling a little nervous, or simply want to enjoy the Gower’s beauty without long or demanding days.

Based in a beautifully renovated stone barn near Llangennith, we’ll spend the weekend walking together, sharing good food, laughter and conversation, and enjoying some of the most varied and stunning landscapes the Gower Peninsula has to offer, all led by Sarah Price, an experienced and qualified walk leader with a passion for bringing women together through walking.

Arrive and settle in, then gather together in the evening for a shared meal at our accommodation, a relaxed chance to get to know one another and ease into the weekend.
