About the event
This World Mental Health Day, join us for a meaningful and memorable guided walking challenge in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park (Bannau Brycheiniog) — raising money and awareness for Mind UK.
Led by experienced walk leaders Sarah Price and Julie Bell, and joined by guest walker Lee Jones (“Welsh Man Walking'), this special event is about more than just reaching the summit — it’s about connection, conversation, and the powerful impact that walking in nature can have on our mental wellbeing.
